Norma Torres has served as a 911 emergency dispatcher, a union member, Mayor, and now serves in Congress, representing the 35th Congressional District. After the passage of Prop 50, this district will include Bloomington, Chino, Chino Hills, Claremont, Corona, Eastvale, Fontana, Montclair, Norco, Ontario, Pomona, Rancho Cucamonga, and Upland.
 
A mother of three sons, including an Air Force veteran and law enforcement officer, Norma has dedicated her life's work to creating safer communities, lowering costs and fighting for Inland Empire families.
